event planning in downtown Dallas. We understand the requirments of a successful corporate
event planning; we also understand what is riding on the line. Whether it be the optimization of guest

Dallas venues on a regular basis including our own venue, the Star Light Room, which is a few minutes walk from the W hotel and Victory Park.

the guests of your event talking for a long time after it is over.
Logistics
Jim Lee Events understands that you do not want to waste funds on transportation and
fuel when avoidable. We will work with you to make sure the large event
venue is located near the area you specify.
Risk Management
We manage transportation so your guests are not responsible for driving after the event,
thus reducing the possibility of costly citations.
Street Closures
Jim Lee Events has a working relationship with the City of Dallas and can pull the
appropriate permits to hold block parties which require street closings.
